Reported Crop Circles for the State
of Virgina -
University of Virginia at Charlottesville, Albermarle County (May 15, 1998)
Although technically on university property, this formation occurred on abandoned farmland in shoulder-high field grass, and was not at all visible from any roadways, making it difficult to find from the ground. The circles were about 50' in diameter.
Two balls of light were witnessed by several visitors to the formation.
